Common Questions

Endospheres — FAQ

What is Endospheres?

Endospheres is a patented non-invasive body sculpting and lymphatic drainage technology designed in Italy that uses a device with rotating silicone spheres to deliver compressive microvibrations to the body. Endospheres targets cellulite, water retention, poor lymphatic circulation, and loss of skin firmness — with no surgery, needles, heat, or downtime.

Is Endospheres the same as Endermologie?

No. Both treatments target circulation, lymphatic drainage, and the appearance of cellulite, but they work differently. Endermologie uses motorized rollers and suction to mechanically knead the skin, while Endospheres uses a rotating array of soft silicone spheres to deliver gentle, low-frequency microvibration across the treatment area. Because Endospheres relies on compressive microvibration rather than suction, many clients find it more comfortable — there's no pinching or aspiration of the skin — while still supporting firmer, smoother-looking results.

Is Endospheres better than Endermologie?

Some prefer Endospheres for safety reasons. Because of the vacuum technology, Endermologie might be unsafe for veins or other vascular concerns. Beyond safety considerations, the two use different technologies, so the right choice depends on your goals and comfort preferences. Clients often choose Endospheres for its gentler, suction-free experience and even, full-coverage treatment, paired with benefits like improved circulation and smoother-looking skin. We're happy to walk you through both approaches during a consultation to help you decide what's best for you.

How does Endospheres work?

Endospheres delivers compressive microvibrations through 55 rotating silicone spheres at a specific therapeutic frequency. These microvibrations stimulate the lymphatic system, break down cellulite, and tighten skin by mechanically activating circulation and collagen production — all without heat, lasers, or invasive techniques.

How many Endospheres sessions do I need to see results?

While many clients see some results even after their first session, the minimum recommendation based on clinical studies is a 12-session course.

How long is each Endospheres session?

Full body Endospheres lymphatic drainage sessions are 60 minutes; face sessions are 45 minutes.

Is Endospheres safe?

Yes — Endospheres is completely non-invasive with no downtime. Because it uses mechanical microvibrations (not heat, lasers, or surgery) it is safe for most skin types and tones. Side effects are minimal: some clients notice temporary redness, increased thirst (the lymphatic system is flushing), or some skin sensitivity immediately after a session.

Who should not get Endospheres?

Endospheres is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding clients, anyone with active cancer or recent cancer treatment, people with pacemakers, those with severe varicose veins, active skin infections, recent surgery in the treatment area, or other serious medical conditions.
