Booking and Payment

  • Booking through Square: All appointment scheduling on our Site is facilitated by a third-party service called Square Appointments (provided by Square, Inc.). When you book a service via our website, you will be interacting with Square’s online booking system, either by being redirected to Square’s site or through an embedded Square booking widget on our Site.

  • Payments: Payments for our services are also processed through Square. Whether you pay online at the time of booking or in person at our salon using Square’s card terminal, the transaction is handled by Square’s secure payment processing platform. Our website does not collect or store your credit card or other payment details. By making a payment through Square, you may be subject to Square’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to our Terms. We recommend reviewing Square’s terms and policies if you have any questions about how they handle your information.

  • Appointment Confirmation and Reminders: After you successfully book an appointment, you may receive a confirmation notification or other reminders (such as an email or text message) with the details of your appointment. These confirmations or reminders will typically come from Square’s system or from us via the contact information you provided. Please review the confirmation to ensure all details are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us to verify that your booking was completed.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling by You: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so by following the instructions in your confirmation message or by contacting us directly as soon as possible. We may have specific cancellation policies (for example, requiring at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee or to receive a deposit refund), and any such policy will be communicated to you during booking or in your appointment confirmation. Failure to provide sufficient notice of cancellation or missing an appointment ("no-show") may result in a cancellation fee or loss of a deposit, as applicable.

  • Cancellation by Revika: Revika reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment at our discretion. Possible reasons for a cancellation by us include, but are not limited to, scheduling conflicts, provider illness or emergency, or suspected fraudulent booking. If we cancel an appointment that you have already paid for, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and will provide a full refund of any payment received for that appointment (or offer to reschedule the appointment to a mutually convenient time).
