Does Endospheres Reduce Cellulite? What to Expect
A clear, honest look at how Endospheres targets cellulite — the mechanism, realistic results, and how many sessions it takes.
Short answer: yes — Endospheres can visibly reduce the appearance of cellulite, and most clients notice smoother, firmer skin within their first several sessions. Here's how it works and what's realistic.
How Endospheres targets cellulite
Endospheres uses a device with 55 rotating silicone spheres to deliver compressive microvibration across the skin and underlying tissue. This does two things at once: it stimulates lymphatic drainage (reducing the fluid retention that makes cellulite look worse) and mechanically works the fibrous tissue and fat that create the dimpled, 'orange-peel' surface.
Because it's mechanical rather than heat- or needle-based, there's no downtime — and it's comfortable enough that most people find sessions relaxing.
What results are realistic?
Cellulite is influenced by genetics, hormones, and circulation, so no treatment 'cures' it permanently. What Endospheres reliably does is improve the appearance — smoother texture, firmer skin, and reduced puffiness — especially on the thighs, hips, and glutes.
Most clients see visible change after 6–12 sessions.
Results build cumulatively; a maintenance cadence keeps them.
Pairing sessions with hydration and movement improves outcomes.
How many sessions will I need?
A typical starting course is 6 to 12 sessions, often two per week early on, then tapering to maintenance. Your therapist will recommend a plan based on your goals at your first visit.
