What to Expect at Your First Endospheres Session
From what to wear to how it feels and what happens after — a calm walkthrough of your first visit.
Booked your first Endospheres session? Here's exactly what happens, so you arrive relaxed and know what to expect.
Before your session
Wear or bring comfortable clothing; you'll be given what you need.
Hydrate well that day — it supports lymphatic drainage.
Let your therapist know about any medical conditions or pregnancy.
During the treatment
Your technician glides the Endospheres device — with its 55 rotating silicone spheres — over the target area. You'll feel a rhythmic, compressive vibration that most people find deeply relaxing. A full body session runs about 60 minutes; facial sessions are around 45.
There are no needles, no heat, and no downtime — you can return to your day immediately.
After your session
Many clients notice they feel lighter right away, with visibly smoother, firmer skin and reduced puffiness. Keep hydrating, and your therapist will suggest a session cadence — typically a course of several visits — to build and maintain results.
How soon will I see results?
Some changes are immediate (lighter, less bloated); the visible firming and cellulite improvement build over a course of 6–12 sessions.
